Most MLM’s, Online Business Mentors and Coaches have forgotten about the principles of why people joint their business or will Join in the near future.

MLM or Business Opportunities is not about the Company or About How your Ranking in Google or The search Engines is, all that matters….

but is about WHO YOU ARE AND ABOUT THEM….

PEOPLE JOIN PEOPLE NOT MLM’s OR BUSSINES OPPORTUNITIES.

About 9 months ago, I was doing it all Wrong, like every Newbie, but One thing I had in my mind and it was for sure, is that I said to myself “I want to be successful and I want to help as much people as I can to do the same and I didn’t even know where to start off by then.

I’m sure you’ve heard one empty promise after another in the course of your MLM experience or many business opportunities you have joined out there promising the sky and the moon…

So any skepticism you may have right now about getting into Network Marketing or Starting Off your Own Online Business, I truly understand….

I’m proud to say that as you read on you’ll undesrtand certain requirements that you need to follow to grow your business and suggest you to Get started Right Away…. And why I’m happy to stand behind it 100% on what I’m doing (You don’t have to do the same). But you IF you really want to succeed in Network Marketing or anything you will do Online, then you need to take action NOW, not tomorrow, NOW!!

Here’s what this is about: On my way of building a downline and Coaching many different people. I realized something after a whole lot of trial ‘n’ error in the journey of training new distributors and talking to many people along this wonderful journey.

MLM OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IS ALL ABOUT THEM (People) AND Then about “YOU AS A HUMAN BEING”  (The solution you can provide to their needs and all the help you can bring to their lives)….. When I got started, I did it all wrong, rubbing my business on people faces including my family and friends(which you must stay away from now, later I will explain why..) All that was until I found a good mentor that taught me the right path, Now thank god, I’m only working a part-time job, but Honestly, I really love what I do on both sides and How you can do that too by starting Now!.

What I finally figured out was this:

* When distributors take advantage of certain prospecting tools and resources, They can tap into the unique power of each tool in a very specific order, It allows them to fearlessly approach any prospect and invite them to take a good look at their business. And it happens without rejection and without the ugly feeling that you’re trying to get desperately someone into doing something they don’t really want to do.

* By providing a propect with some information of value that will fit their needs in what they are looking for, even if you provide them a free coaching without getting any benefits out of it. This gives any prospect or future networker a tremendous confidence in you and naturally, this new self-belief translates into: “I want to follow you, what you do and your business”

It’s not your fault if you they don’t know what to do to see rapid growth in their business, you just met them, but by the first time you help them make their first buck online, You are the best, why? because you have provided the solution they were looking for may be for a long time.

Do not teach them about making a list and chase families and friends(That will come alone later and by themselves), because without any results neither of them will have a believe in a particular person , why?.. Simple= they know that person so well, how they walk, what they do and even what time they go to sleep, that won’t have any trust in without any results, so families and firends will be the last person you want to recruite.

Many people who get started in this industry “Call it Quits” within less than 90 days, Why?, they don’t do any research, they click on any opportunity and get signed up for the first one that hit their inbox and from there jump from one Opportunity to another and Do not focus on Only ONE (as PRIMARY) AND LAST BUT NO LEAST, THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO MARKET , They don’t have a Funded Proposal or A System to funnel their quality targetted Leads and they get frustrated.

So with that said. THEY JUST QUIT. Our Job as Mentors is to help our People on anything they need, but sometimes many of us forget that and Once they get into whatever opportunity, Mentors forget about them.

If you are a mentor and growing your business and you are reading this article and it sounds familiar to you. Then you need to go back to the Basics and understand that Your Success is their success, Your time is valuable but so is theirs, talking about your leads or Prospects.

Once you give them your unconditional time, teach them about how cool this industry is, if they do it the right way and with the right guidence and tools, then That Lead, person Prospect will be Yours Forever and ever, will follow you at what ever you do, and 77% of them will be loyal to you for life.

I want to point out one thing and about a month ago, 2 of my Downlines by doing a special coaching that they didn’t understand certain things made me a whooping $377.00 and I spent like about 2 hours, it was only set up for about 45 minutes and For my Surprise they said I want to do what ever you are doing. humm.. I said there are many things that’t I’m doing that I will be more then happy to show you on another time, but let’s focus on this first(What I was coaching them on). The next day I checked my site and they just signed up to it without any rejection.

My point here is not the money.. it helps though, but it is about when you offer your unconditional quality time and people can feel that you are helping them from the botttom of your heart, that you really a Human being trying to help them and only want them to be successful, Then the satisfaction you get is Priceless and for them you will be the right mentor at all times.

Guys if you forgot the basics and that we are dealing with people that have emotions, feelings, problems and need solutions, IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT THAT (Which is what really Matters) or maybe your forgot because your downline is the biggest one and you only coach a team of people over a 100 or more and you don’t dare to do only 1 Person anymore when he/she needs it, then you need to get back to the basics. You never know who will be the person that will help you sky rocket your business.

ALWAYS REMEMBER PEOPLE JOIN PEOPLE NOT OPPORTUNITIES!!
